Above is a nice montage of shots from the brochure showing the Coupe from different angles. There is also infact a second page of these.
The picture above is from issue146 (1977) of Mercedes' in house magazine "in aller Welt". It is taken from an article which introduces the new Coupe and gives interesting facts. Did you know that the Coupe has a slightly shorter wheel base than the saloon; 2.71m compared to 2.795m for the saloon?
The above black and white photo is from the next issue of "in aller Welt". It is from an article which covers the launch of the CE at the 1977 Geneva Motor Show. Below is another photo from the same article. Featured in the shot is Sir Peter Ustinov, although I think he was just plain "Peter" back then !
